Domestic Shipping Rates
We ship within the United States. The following rates apply at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: $14.99 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer complimentary in-store pickup at our Southlands Mall location in Aurora, CO. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout to choose this option. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready — typically within 1 business day.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. If you have questions about your delivery location, please contact us before placing your order.
