At Runner Duck, each piece is thoughtfully sourced—many are one-of-a-kind, vintage, or small-batch. Because of this, we approach returns with care and intention.
General Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of purchase on eligible items, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned in original packaging when applicable
Store credit never expires and may be used on any future purchase.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Vintage, antique, or one-of-a-kind pieces
- Seasonal or holiday merchandise
- Floral arrangements and perishable goods
- Discounted or sale items
On Vintage & Antique Pieces
Many of our items are vintage or antique and carry the quiet character of time. Variations, patina, and signs of natural wear are to be expected—and are part of what make each piece unique. These qualities are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of the item’s history and charm.
We encourage you to look closely, ask questions, and choose pieces you truly love.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or you discover a defect, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
Online Orders (if applicable)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Runner Duck is not responsible for items lost in transit.
